Spring Goes Back To Sleep

I painted this from an old idea about Spring and growth but while the end result is very different than the original sketch, I'm glad with how it turned out. I want to channel the old magic from Disney's Fantasia, it has always stayed with me deep inside. The movie is tremendously romantic and ambitious, odd and unbalanced but a source of infinite inspiration.
